Rev. Mark Francois (Ph.D., University of St. Michael’s College)
I was born in Woodstock (Ontario), was raised in Ingersoll (Ontario), and moved to Elliot Lake (Ontario) at the age of 12. I became a Christian at a very young age while we were attending Crossroads Alliance Church in Thamesford but became serious about my faith in my last year of high school. After high school I spent a semester at Canadian Bible College in Regina and then moved to Toronto where I attended Toronto Baptist Seminary for several years. I met my wife Alecia while pursuing a masters degree at Wycliffe College, University of Toronto, and we were married in 2010 while I was completing my course work for my doctoral degree. In 2011 we accepted a call to serve at Calvary Gospel Church in Blind River and we have lived here ever since. We have two kids, we love our church, and we love living in Blind River. If you would like more information about our church or if you want to know more about Jesus, I would be happy to meet up with you.
Don is a former missionary with One Hope Canada.
